Poly Mailers, Newspaper Bags, Header Bags, Plastic Bags and more!
I only wish that plastic bags were used for more items. For example, I ride my bike on rubber wheels. Rubber can easily be punctured by glass, and yes, even shards of plastic. I would define this as an example of the four modern elements battle against each other (because you know how the ancient ones were fire, wind, water and earth, it makes sense that the modern ones are: glass, plastic, rubber and paper). Glass beats rubber and paper but plastic beats glass. If somehow we were able to figure out a way to make bicycle wheels and car wheels out of a plastic rubber composite…
I can’t imagine that would be such a challenge for the plastic bag industry. Plastic bags are already so flexible and strong. If they were incorporated with rubber, who knows the possibilities. Then flat tires would be a thing of the 20th century and all that extra money people spent on spares (not to mention the space in their trunks) could be put to something else. All we need is a little ingenuity and some research people! Am I the only one who thinks we could take the problem-solving ability of plastic to a whole new level?
